Michael Oswald is a trial lawyer. His experience includes representation of plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of lawsuits and arbitrations, as well as numerous appeals. His jury trial experience includes intellectual property infringement, trade secrets,Securities, commodities, employment disputes, real estate matters, class actions, and various business and contract matters. He also is experienced in dealing with government regulators with regard to representation of securities professionals. Michael has appeared in state and federal courts throughout California, as well as in other states and in federal courts of appeals across the country. Micheal is also a member of The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). The American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) is a national association of more than 6,300 experienced judges and trial lawyers.  Less then one percent of all attorneys in the US are members to ABOTA and becoming a member is by invitation only.
