Attorney Margaret Sind Raben has concentrated on criminal defense and appeals for almost 20 years.

We have defended clients in significant, high-profile cases, including the long-running investigations of former Mayor of Detroit Coleman Young. Ultimately, Mayor Young was not charged with any criminal offenses but a number of other prosecutions resulted. We represented a client convicted of material aid in support of terrorism. We convinced the government that the conviction was a violation of our client's constitutional rights. Our client's convictions were vacated. Our client was not reprosecuted.
