Mr. Alles is a founding partner of Greer & Alles, PLC in 1999. Prior to that, he was an attorney with Kern & Wooley, LLP, a national law firm specializing in the defense of aviation litigation. He also defended products and general liability matters in two Phoenix insurance defense firms.

He has been lead counsel in more than 60 jury trials including motor vehicle accidents, including seat belt and causation issues, premises injury defense, Americans with Disabilities Act and insurance guaranty fund litigation, design of electrical consumer products, insurance bad faith, and construction defects.

Damage issues have involved wrongful death, post-traumatic head injuries and stress, multiple orthopedic and soft tissue injuries, occupational disability, loss of income and opportunities and causation of and permanency of injury.
