Alvin S. Nathanson is the Senior Partner of Nathanson & Goldberg. Attorney Nathanson practices in all areas of General Law with his principal area of concentration being civil litigation. He has extensive experience in civil litigation, government contract litigation, foreclosures, commercial and residential closing, lease drafting, construction litigation, and summary process matters. Attorney Nathanson has tried over 300 cases, both jury and non-jury, in every level of the trial courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and various federal courts. He represents institutional and private lenders in the preparation of all mortgage documents, including title searches and the review of title abstracts. He is a Member of the Bar of the U.S. Claims (First Circuit and Federal Circuit), the U.S. Claims Court, and U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is also an active member in the Massachusetts Bar Association.
