The history and reputation of the law firm of Massey, Stotser & Nichols is based upon a philosophy of providing legal services of the highest quality and building long-term client relationships. Since the inception of the firm, our attorneys have been committed to creating lasting associations with clients from all walks of life. Our dedication to earning client loyalty, coupled with our prompt, personal service, is renewed each day in our performance and in the character of our firm.

Timothy A. Massey founded the firm in 1977, and he and Garrick L. Stotser formed Massey & Stotser in 1990. In 1999, the firm merged its practice with Nichols Law Office, P.C. The merger brought to the firm Randall W. Nichols, completing the foundation for Massey, Stotser & Nichols. Currently, we have attorneys practicing in virtually all areas of the law. Our services and specialties, described in more detail on the following pages, include Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial Law, Construction Law, Tax Law, Personal Injury, Worker's Compensation, Labor and Employment Law, Domestic Relations, Estate Planning, Bankruptcy, Collections, and all areas of General Civil Litigation.
