Probate, Guardianship and Estate Planning Overview

A Lawyers Lawyer, Practice Limited to Probate, Guardianship and Estate Planning

Since 1992, my Palm Beach, Florida, law firm – the Law Office of Warren B. Brams, P.A. – has been a trusted resource for personal injury and wrongful death lawyers seeking assistance with probate and guardianship matters. Attorneys throughout Florida trust me to provide skilled legal service that relieves them of their additional workload at a reasonable rate.

Probate Assistance

If an estate must be established to pursue a claim for wrongful death, I can manage all aspects of the proceedings for my clients. I charge the minimum statutory fee for these services ($1,500 plus expenses), so that my clients can focus on their wrongful death and personal injury cases without worrying about extravagant fees.

Establishing Guardianships

I can establish guardianships for your clients’ children, protecting their property and well-being after a parent has been injured or killed in an accident. In these cases, I charge a $1000 flat fee in addition to expenses. Additional fees apply for having the settlement approved. Fee quotes are available upon on request.

Other Services

I provide a range of additional services for my clients, including:

• Special needs trusts and planning
• Estate planning assistance
• Establishing guardianships for incapacitated adults
• Guardian ad litem or attorney ad litem services
