Warren H. Prince Overview
Warren H, Prince, a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania, has practiced law since 1977, having graduated from Pottstown High School in 1970, University of Pittsburgh in 1974, and Dickinson School of Law in 1977. He is the third generation of Princes practicing law locally, the grandson of Joseph L. Prince, and son of Harold H. Prince; his son Joshua, the fourth generation, is in his final year of law school, Warren engaged in a general practice from 1977 through 1990 when he founded Prince Law Offices, P.C. Originally, Prince Law Offices focused on representing injured workers throughout Pennsylvania, without regard to the amount in controversy. A Claimant always knew that Prince Law Offices would handle his or her claim regardless of who the defendant was or the size of their claim. We continue to be one of the few firms, which will represent a claimant for a medical only claim.
As the practice grew to eight regional offices, the firm's practice area also grew to cover the legal services needed by the average working man or woman, offering them the same quality representation that was offered to Worker's Compensation claimants. Now, the firm is able to help our clients with issues relating to divorce, support, custody, education, estates, wills, living wills, real estate, DUI, criminal matters, and most of the other matters confronting the average family.
In 1984 Warren teamed up with Pottstown Police Chief Chris Carlisle to research the feasibility of establishing a Police Athletic League in Pottstown. After visits to Reading and other local PALs, on September 9, 1985 the POTTSTOWN AREA, P.A.L. was created where Warren served as officer and director in it's early years. From those seeds, Pottstown's PAL has grown to be one of the best-established in Pennsylvania (http://www.pottstownpal.org/).
In 1985 Warren, his wife Jan, and their 4 year old son, Joshua, moved to Washington township, Berks County where they moved into an old farmhouse with a stone barn. Over the next several years, the Princes remodeled the barn where the firm's central office is now located. When local residents approached him about the volunteer fire company being treated unfairly, he rose to its defense becoming well known in the township. In the coming years Warren served as a Township Supervisor ensuring that at least this local community operated within a budget and without debt.
Warren and Jan continue to live in Washington Township where they continue to work on renovating their farmhouse and office. Warren's hobbies include computer technology and cooking. While never formally trained, Warren learned to write computer code in the early 1980's and has been active in writing various computer programs and internet applications. For the past five years he has been an active member of the Berks County Bar Association Technology Committee.
Many may remember Prince's Bakery in Pottstown. These cousins were hard working Pottstownians well known for their contributions to the community and fine bread. Warren continues their traditions, including, bread baking and other form of cooking. Tying his love of technology and cooking together, you can find all his recipes, with step by step instructions and many pictures at http://www.recipesonrails.com.

I recommend Warren H. Prince of Prince Law Offices because he responded to our particular legal delima quickly going out of his way, on numerous occaisions, to accomodate our schedule. He is extremely knowledgable, and displayed a genuine interest in our legal issues which in turn gave us a real sense of comfort. When faced with issues that are so overwhelming it is nice to know that Warren Prince is there for us. Over the years, I have dealt with several other attorneys and can say without a doubt that I wish I had met Mr. Prince back then.
