Tracy J. Halliday Overview

Tracy Halliday is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law and she is an associate attorney at Peterson, Fram & Bergman, P.A.  Ms. Halliday concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate law, mechanic’s lien law and creditor remedies.  She works frequently on title problems to Minnesota real estate.  However, she also has experience with business formation, family law and reviewing and drafting transactional documents from a wide range of areas. 

Ms. Halliday is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Ramsey County Bar Association.  She is married and has two children who keep her busy when she is not in the office.
