Shannon R. Falon Overview

Shannon is a native South Dakotan who attended college at South Dakota State University and law school at the University of South Dakota. She graduated at the top of her class and was awarded the prestigious gavel award by vote of the law school faculty. She was also a member of the Sterling Honor Society. After graduation from law school, Shannon had the distinct honor of clerking for the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota. She clerked for Chief Judge Lawrence Piersol for two years prior to joining Johnson, Heidepriem law firm. She became a partner in the firm in 2009. Shannon practices in all areas of civil litigation including civil rights, constitutional law, employment law - employee, insurance law, personal injury - plaintiff, professional malpractice law and sexual harassment.

Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband Justin and her four daughters Liberty, Darian, Kendall and Hunter.
