Russell D. Millbranth Overview

Russell D. Millbranth graduated from Indiana University in 1966 with a B.A. in Economics.  He attended the College of William & Mary on a Teaching Associates Program and received his Masters from the College of William & Mary in 1970.  Mr. Millbranth attended Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, receiving his J.D. degree in January of 1974.  Mr. Millbranth has been a member of the Indiana State Bar from the time that he was admitted to practice law in May of 1974 through the current date.

Mr. Millbranth previously practiced in Winamac, Pulaski County, Indiana for a period of twenty (20) years prior to moving to Valparaiso, Indiana and establishing a partnership in Valparaiso under the name of Millbranth & Bush.

Mr. Millbranth is a member of the American Bar Association, Indiana Bar Association, and the Porter County Bar Association.

Mr. Millbranth concentrates his practice in corporate law, entity development, contract negotiations, elder law, and estate and financial planning.

Mr. Millbranth and his partner Steven M. Bush, started the partnership in April of 1994 and continue to practice under the partnership of Millbranth & Bush, Attorneys and Counselors at Law, 2601 Chicago Street, Unit B, Valparaiso, Indiana.
