Rex M. Terry Overview
For over 30 years, Mr. Terry's general practice has focused on commercial and oil and gas litigation, transactional matters, probate matters and the defense of complex litigation. Mr. Terry's strength of character is recognized throughout the legal and business community, as represented by membership in the American College of Trial Lawyers and appointments to numerous civic organizations. Mr. Terry previously served as a Special Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court. Today, in addition to his general practice, he enjoys a respected appellate practice based on his analytical approach to complex legal issues and a thorough knowledge of the law.
Representative Experience
Serving as trial counsel on complex oil and gas cases of legal significance;
Representation of insurance companies and self-insured companies in all phases of complex litigation;
Arguing numerous appeals in the Arkansas Supreme Court, Arkansas Court of Appeals and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit; and
Trial counsel for Kansas City Southern Railway.
