Rachel Moore was recently named a Texas Rising Star and is one of a select group of family lawyers featured in Texas Monthly.

Ms. Moore has developed trial advocacy and negotiation skills that assist clients through very difficult periods in their lives. "I see family cases as an emotional endurance challenge for my clients," she says. "I strive to help clients understand what to expect, so that they are as emotionally prepared as possible to endure the process."

Ms. Moore believes she is better able to serve her clients as an attorney at Koons Fuller because of the firm's reputation for professional excellence, the extraordinary experience level of her colleagues and the resources available to the firm.

She earned her Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2003 after several years as a producer for a video production company specializing in the high-tech industry.

In law school, Ms. Moore was a member of the Order of Barristers and participated in Moot Court as board secretary and a competitor on intramural and traveling teams. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in television/radio communications from Southern Methodist University in 1997. While an undergraduate, she was chairperson of Chi Omega sorority, a resident assistant, an officer and performer with the SMU Performing Arts Committee, and played intramural sports.

Ms. Moore is a trained mediator and a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Bar Association, Eldon B. Mahon Inn of Court, the Tarrant County Bar Association, Tarrant County Young Lawyer¹s Association, and the Tarrant County Family Law Bar Association.

She is also a member of Strathmore's Who's Who of Executives and Professionals, the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, Junior Women's Club of Fort Worth and the Fort Worth Mountain Biking Association.
