Since 1993, Philip has tried over 100 cases to verdict with advocacy in both Pennsylvania State and Federal court, making him one of the most experienced trial attorneys in the area. His courtroom experience ranges from trying summaries and third degree misdemeanors to defending complex Federal cases involving Racketeering, Conspiracy, Weapons Possession, and Drug Trafficking. His success at the pre-trial and trial level has strengthened his reputation as a skilled courtroom lawyer and as a capable advocate of his clients' interests. His reputation for courtroom excellence facilitates his ability to achieve the best possible resolution for his clients. He is familiar with the complexities of trial practice and has built the firm around the principles of diligence, hard work, and integrity.
