With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Feldman effectively represents clients, including regulated community interests, in Endangered Species Act and National Environmental Policy Act litigation and administrative proceedings.

Spanning a vast footprint, Mr. Feldman advises clients in the Pacific Northwest, New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, Michigan, and Alabama. His experience encompasses land-use, contaminated site cleanup, and air and water quality issues. Mr. Feldman's practice includes endangered species, environmental impact assessment, environmental permitting, public lands, and environmental insurance.

He counsels clients on the major federal laws affecting natural resources and environmental matters, including the Endangered Species Act; NEPA; Federal Land Policy and Management Act; National Forest Management Act; and National Park Service Organic Act. He also advises clients on permitting issues under the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, and other federal and state environmental programs.

Mr. Feldman has been admitted to practice in California, Colorado, and Idaho, and before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Ninth and Tenth Circuits and the federal district courts for the District of Idaho and the Western District of Texas. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, he served as a law clerk to Justice George Lohr of the Colorado Supreme Court. From 2001-2003, he headed Holland & Hart's firmwide environmental practice group.
