Mike McCurley Overview

Known nationwide as a principled and zealous advocate for clients involved in matrimonial disputes, Mike McCurley’ s expertise in both custody and property cases has helped to earn him recognition as one of the Top 100 attorneys in the United States by Worth magazine in 2008. Mike earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1972, and has been Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1982. He is married to Mary Johanna McCurley, who is a partner in the firm. He has one daughter, Melissa.
