Michael J. Stewart II Overview

Michael concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, family law, real estate, and taxation. 

Michael was born and raised in Greensburg, PA.  He received a Bachelor of Science in economics from Penn State University in 2005.  Before attending law school, Michael worked as an associate at the Vanguard Group in Malvern, PA. Michael received a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2009 and graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center with an LL.M. in taxation in May 2010.  While at Pitt Law, Michael served on the University of Pittsburgh Law Review as a research editor and worked as a legal writing teaching assistant. Michael joined Stewart, McArdle, Sorice, Whalen, Farrell, Finoli & Cavanaugh, LLC, in October 2010.

Michael is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Florida, and the United States District Court for the Western District of PA. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and the Westmoreland County Bar Association.
