Mr. Ferrin was born in New Orleans Louisiana and was raised in Key West Florida. He attended the University of Florida and received a bachelor's in Business Administration. After receiving his bachelors Mr. Ferrin went on to study law at Barry University School of Law right here in Orlando. After receiving his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Ferrin went into private practice where he worked for one of the largest consumer bankruptcy firms in Central Florida. Mr. Ferrin has been involved in the filing of over 2,000 bankruptcy cases some having debts totaling over forty million dollars. ($40,000,000.00)

Mr. Ferrin is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), and the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association (CFBLA).
