Mark Doby Overview

Mark primarily represents clients before the North Carolina Industrial Commission in workers’ compensation claims arising out of occupational diseases caused by exposure to asbestos and/or other harmful aspects of the workplace.

Mark received his Juris Doctor from the Campbell University School of Law in 2009 where he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity and the Men’s Legal Caucus. He received his Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2006.

Mark was admitted to practice in the state of North Carolina in 2009 and is an active member of the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, and North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
