In 1968 he was admitted to the bar in Indiana and U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana; 1970, Florida, 1974 U.S. Supreme Court; 1977, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida; 1981, U.S. court of Appeals, Fifth and Eleventh Circuits. Mr. Sutton is a member of the Lee County and Indiana State Bar Associations and the Florida Bar. PRACTICE AREAS: Personal Injury; Wrongful Death; Wills and Trusts; Probate; Estate Planning.
