Mr. Dolley was an accomplished law journal editor while in law school and was recognized through published articles, including Administrative Waiver of the Untimeliness Defense in Title VII Cases Concerning Federal Employees: A Proposed Analysis , 46 ST. LOUIS U. L.J. 477 (2002).

Mr. Dolley received his B.A. degree from Stonehill College in North Easton, Massachusetts and his J.D. degree from St. Louis University School of Law.  He is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
