    Kenneth R. Myers is Of Counsel to the law firm of High Swartz LLP. He was previously a Partner (1971 - 2000) and a member of the Senior Council of the law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.

    Mr. Myers received his undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his law degree from Harvard Law School. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Illinois.

    At Morgan Lewis, Mr. Myers was a founder of the environmental practice commencing in 1970. He has litigated some of the foundational cases under state and federal environmental laws.

    Mr. Myers has advised and represented clients in regulatory matters before city, state and federal public utility commissions and appeals courts. His clients have included major electric, gas, pipeline, telephone, water and sewer companies as well as interveners and protestants.

    Mr. Myers has been consistently listed in Naifeh and Smith's The Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of Environmental Law since 1989. He has also appeared in the Philadelphia Magazine and Corporate Counsel magazine lists of top lawyers.

    Mr. Myers is co-author of the 50-state compendium Environmental Spill Reporting Handbook (WestGroup, 2003), and the Pennsylvania contributing author of the award-winning treatise Environmental Law Practice Guide (Matthew Bender, 1999).

    He is immediate past Chairman and a Director of the Water Resources Association of the Delaware River Basin and served as chair of the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission's Year 2000 Environmental Planning Committee. Mr. Myers is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations.
