Katherine L. Niven Overview
Ms. Niven comes from a family where her dad was a farmer and factory worker who was severly injured on the job. Ms. Niven obtained her B.A. degree from Antioch College and put herself through law school, finishing her third year in the top 10% of the class at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Ms. Niven has published articles and taught classes to lawyers and law students. She was a litigation associate at a top international law firm, but chose to use her skills to help injured workers and disabled children and adults. She enjoys her work and is proud of successfully representing people who need her legal representation.
