In 1998 John joined Tom Benson to form Benson and Case LLP. They have grown their partnership to create a full service law firm with nine attorneys, The firm has a single purpose: finding the right solution for each client.
John concentrates on civil trials involving wrongful death and life changing injuries. He is tenacious in proving our client's side of the story. He believes strongly in the civil justice system, where jurys hold wrongdoers and insurance companies responsible for unlawful actions that harm innocent people.
When not working on solutions for his clients, John loves spending time with his wife Judy, his four adult children, and four grandchildren. John and Judy volunteer in their parish to help engaged couples prepare for marriage. John enjoys playing ice hockey, and he is always interested in reading a good biography.
