Edward Ira Golden Overview

Born and Raised in New York, with a background as a school psychologist and Special Education instructor, Mr. Golden has been practicing law since 1977, with the last 28 years almost exclusively in the area of Probate and Guardianship litigation and administration.

Mr. Golden wrote the guidelines for the Probate Court for Cuban Blocked Estates and has a license from the U.S Treasury Department to travel to Cuba to represent Cuban National Beneficiaries of Florida estates.

Mr. Golden has served as Chairman of the Dade County Probate & Guardianship Committee and has served the Bar on the following committees:
