Dominic A. Tomaio Esq. Overview

Mr. Tomaio is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney. He was awarded a Juris Doctorate in 1996 from Seton Hall University School of Law.

He is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the New Jersey District Court Bar. He is a member of the Executive Family Law Committee of the Morris County and Essex County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice and a member of District X Ethics Committee, Morris/Susex County Vicinage.

Mr. Tomaio has lectured for New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the American for Justice.

He is the author of Chapter 14, Issues Surrounding Unmarried Cohabitants and Domestic Partners in Skoloff & Cutler New Jersey Family Law Practice, N.J.I.C.L.E., 12th Ed., 2006.

Mr. Tomaio has served as a panelist for the Morris County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel Mediation Program and has been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey as a Guardian Ad Litem, to protect the interests of minors during matrimonial litigation.
