Diana J. Elston Overview

Diana specializes in bankruptcy at Aspey, Watkins & Diesel P.L.L.C. She primarily assists clients with consumer bankruptcy; Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings.  She grew up in Tempe, where she taught elementary music for two years before attending law school in San Diego, California.  While in law school, she interned for the Civil Division of the Superior Court of California, the California Attorney General's Office, and served as a judicial extern for the U.S. District Court in San Diego.  Most recently, she clerked for the Honorable Judge Pelander of the Arizona Court of Appeals in Tucson, Arizona.  Now that she is in Flagstaff, she is an active alumna of the Alpha Omicron Pi women's fraternity, working as an alumni advisor and volunteer for NAU's Theta Omega chapter.
