Daniel W. Heath Overview

Daniel received his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. During law school, Daniel worked as a summer associate at Jackson Kelly PLLC and Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, both in Lexington, Kentucky. He also completed an externship in the office of Kentucky Supreme Court Justice, Mary Noble. After graduation, Daniel practiced at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP where he handled debtor/creditor matters in the Business and Fiduciary Litigation Practice Group. He also worked on complex energy and mineral contract issues. Since joining John Rice in Winchester, Daniel has expanded his practice to include personal injury, criminal defense, and family law (including divorce and child custody issues). Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife, Lindsey, and his dog, Banjo. He also enjoys playing sports, watching movies, and attending UK sporting events.
