Clinton J. Cusick Overview

Clinton Cusick leads the Trademark Practice with Shawn Farmer. Mr. Cusick divides his time between trademark prosecution and Inter Partes Proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Activities incident to trademark prosecution include consulting and educating clients as to the contours of trademark law and the various standards applied by the USPTO and federal courts. Client counseling about what constitutes a strong and viable trademark is a large part of the Trademark Practice. Balancing the individual attention to clients, Mr. Cusick strives to achieve the highest efficiency, filing over one hundred trademark applications per year.
