Ms. Linscott has practiced before the U.S District Court of Idaho, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Idaho Supreme Court and the District and Magistrate Court Divisions for the State of Idaho. Ms. Linscott is an experienced trial lawyer who has provided comprehensive representations to plaintiffs and defendants, individuals and organizations in court, alternative dispute resolution, mediation and administrative hearings with various state agencies.

In the private sector, Ms. Linscott worked for a national retailer in broad spectrum of positions including, real estate development, management, human resource management and trainer focused on the development of front-line and mid-level managers' best practices to minimize the risk of legal exposure.
