Andrew M. Moskowitz Overview
Andrew Moskowitz has been a practicing attorney since 1997. He is a graduate of Duke University and attended the Fordham University School of Law, where he graduated in the top 25% of his class.
He is admitted to practice in the New Jersey and New York state courts as well as the federal district courts of those states. In addition, he is admitted to practice before the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of American New Jersey and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Moskowitz was selected as one of New Jersey's Rising Stars in Employment Litigation. All New Jersey Rising Stars are 40 or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or less. Only 2.5% of New Jersey attorneys are named Rising Stars.
