The Coleman Law Firm, PLLC Law Firm Overview

Located in Jacksonville, The Coleman Law Firm, PLLC, provides Florida clients with the experienced counsel they need to plan for their futures and protect their assets. With more than 32 years of legal experience, C. Randolph Coleman offers our clients seasoned advice and representation when they need more than just a will.

The Coleman Law Firm is concerned with understanding our clients' unique goals and wishes for the administration of their estate upon incapacity or death. Our focus is to provide wills, revocable living trusts and any other available estate planning tools that effectively protect and transfer their assets at the appropriate time. In addition, our law firm has extensive experience in sophisticated estate planning, including life insurance trusts, special needs trusts, domestic asset protection trusts and charitable trusts.

The Coleman Law Firm also advises our clients in matters of asset protection in order to afford assisted living, in-home or long-term nursing home care, and to qualify for Medicaid. Some courts have acknowledged that the federal Medicaid laws are as complex, if not more complex, than the Internal Revenue Code. Our law firm navigates that complexity to best serve our clients when they must face planning for physical or mental incapacity and paying for necessary nursing care while seeking to ensure support for their spouses and inheritance for their children.

The Coleman Law Firm serves north and northeast Florida residents, including in the cities of Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Daytona and Palm Coast as well as Ponte Vedra Beach in St. Johns County, Amelia Island in Nassau County and the Orange Park area. Contact us at 904-448-1969 or toll free at 888-492-2468 to schedule a consultation on your estate planning and elder law needs.
