We are a law firm focuses on representing both high net worth families and successful, closely held businesses, their owners and families with respect to matters involving business and tax planning, employee benefits and executive compensation, estate planning and probate, international law, employment law, intellectual property, nonprofit law, and litigation and dispute resolution. Our firm motto is big firm quality, small firm charm because we have the experience, sophistication and excellence of a large firm but also have the strong, committed, long term, personal relationships with our clients found in a small firm. Our commitment to customer satisfaction and client relationships allows clients to receive expert legal services without the impersonal, bureaucratic and non-integrated approach many complain about experiencing with larger firms.
Our objective is to assist our clients in meeting their financial goals. Whether it’s:
saving estate taxes while planning for business continuation in case of a sudden death; developing retirement plans, deferred compensation and equity compensation techniques to attract and retain good employees and key executives; assisting in the sale or purchase of a company; structuring the business enterprise to protect against liability and save taxes; preparing employment agreements, obtaining copyrights/trademarks or drafting other contracts to protect the business; developing specialized estate plans to assist in asset transfers and minimizing complications/costs at death; serving as general counsel to local, national or international businesses or pursuing litigation to protect family, business or owner’s interests; helping domestic companies in global pursuits or global companies in U.S. undertakings, our goal is to assist our clients in becoming successful, maintaining such success, and transferring such success to the next generation.
