Asa Hutchinson is a former Member of Congress, former U.S. Attorney, former Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration and the first Under Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, and has tried over 100 jury trials. Asa III served as a federal prosecutor in Washington, D.C. as an Associate Independent Counsel, as an Associate Solicitor in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and as an attorney in the Office of the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Firm partner Duane A. Kees (Dak) served in the United States Army Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corp. During his time on active duty, Dak served as a legal assistance attorney (general practice) and served both as a prosecutor and a defense attorney. Dak has effectively prosecuted or defended dozens of military felonies and federal court cases ranging from drug distribution and sexual assault to murder. Dak's cases have been aired on a variety of media outlets including CNN, Fox News, and The Army Times.

Associate attorney Kristi L. Hunter joined the Firm after graduating in the top 15 percent of her class from the University of Arkansas School of Law. While at the University, Kristi served as an Associate Editor for the Arkansas Law Review and as the Spring Moot Court Chair for the Board of Advocates. Kristi is a certified mediator and was the top student in her class in the area of labor and employment law.
