Our firm represents numerous FFL's, both dealers and manufacturers and has represented gun clubs faced with zoning-related problems, individuals seeking to purchase NFA firearms through gun trusts, criminal defendants charged with violating weapons laws and others.
  • Juvenile Law – We help minors in the juvenile court system and those who have special education needs. We also represent juveniles in administrative disciplinary matters.
  • Business law – We help people organize and form new businesses, reorganize existing businesses, grow their businesses, defend creditor lawsuits, resolve disputes and more.
