An Emphasis on Family Law, Divorce, Child Custody, Estate Planning and Probate Law

A large part of our practice is devoted to family law and, in particular, to resolving issues related to divorce or child custody. We represent wives, husbands, mothers and fathers in these cases, and we try to take as much stress out of the process as possible for each person we represent. We provide effective advice and representation for other family law matters as well, including child support, spousal support, property division and post-divorce modifications.

We also focus a large portion of our practice on estate planning and probate work. We help clients identify specific needs, understand various options, and create individualized plans and legal documents designed to accomplish their goals. We also provide assistance for all types of probate and estate administration concerns.

About Nathan Brock

A native of Cullman County, Nathan Brock began his legal career as an associate with a Birmingham law firm where he focused on estate planning, probate matters, business law and federal taxation. Three years later, he joined a general practice firm in Cullman where he gained broader experience in a variety of other legal practice areas, including family law and criminal law.
