The Law Office of Matthew Paul Nickson provides experienced representation for businesses and individuals throughout the Greater Houston, Texas, area in civil appeals, immigration appeals and criminal appeals. I am admitted to practice before all Texas state courts and administrative entities, as well as before the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern District of Texas. I am also licensed to represent clients before the United States Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit, 6th Circuit and 9th Circuit, as well as the United States Supreme Court.

I strive to apply a Christian ethic to my work, though I frequently fall short.
