Mark S Stapleton Law Firm Overview

The Stapleton Law Office, located in Rogersville, Tennessee, represents clients throughout Tennessee and the Southeastern United States. Since 1988, our law firm has helped clients in all areas of personal injury and business litigation.

Our legal representation is marked by exceptionally thorough case preparation. Depending on the needs of your case, attorney Mark Stapleton may personally interview potential witnesses, review records, visit the scene of the incident and consult with experts to build a case on your behalf.

If your case goes to trial, you will have an expert litigator in your corner. Attorney Mark Stapleton is a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is currently in a group of less than 150 civil trial specialists in the state of Tennessee. He also achieved the first and only seven-figure jury verdict for a personal injury case in Hawkins County.

At the Stapleton Law Office, we prepare every case to go to trial. Even if we settle out of the courtroom, our preparation helps ensure the best possible results for you. Opposing counsel know our law firm's reputation for success and therefore are more likely to settle before a trial is necessary.

To speak to a lawyer who will fight for your rights, contact our law firm today. We are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, as well as evenings and weekends by appointment. We understand that personal injuries can make getting to a lawyer's office difficult, so home or hospital visits may be available at your request. We represent clients throughout the Southeastern United States, including the tri-cities of Johnson City, Kingsport and Bristol.
