From firsthand experience dealing with my own divorce, I handle each case with the same empathetic understanding and professional representation that I expect for myself. Practicing family law since 1983, I hold two Juris Doctor degrees, and hold licenses to practice law in Buenos Aries, Argentina, and the state of Florida. I am also a member of the Broward County Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association. My culturally diverse background gives me the modern-day perspective necessary for dealing with modern families. I also speak Spanish fluently.

Weston Child Custody Lawyer
Parental responsibility (often referred to as custody) and time sharing (sometimes referred to as visitation) are often the most emotionally charged aspects of a divorce.

Weston Divorce Lawyer
Florida is a no-fault divorce state. This means that either spouse can file for dissolution when the marriage is irretrievably broken.

Weston Child Support Lawyer
In Florida, child support is computed by a formula that considers the combined net income of both parents and generates an amount consistent with Florida's child support guidelines.

Weston Prenuptial Agreement Lawyer
Florida allows for prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. These are very useful tools for couples who want to plan in advance how things will be handled between them after marriage and in the event of dissolution.

Weston Property Division Lawyer
Property division is a large part of the divorce. Everything acquired during your marriage has to be separated at the time of your divorce. This goes for both assets and debts.
