At The Law Office of Thomas G. Tripp, I have had the good fortune to represent thousands of individuals in the Pinellas County-Tampa Bay area since I began practicing law here in 1983. Criminal Law Practice

I offer clients experienced criminal defense representation in all courts within Pinellas County, exclusively. I have been practicing here for over 25 years, and I know the local court procedures, judges, prosecutors and police officers. An attorney's experience and knowledge can be the deciding factors in the successful resolution of a criminal case. I bring both to every case that comes across my desk, including cases involving domestic violence charges, theft charges (shoplifting, etc.), probation violations, DUI charges, drug trafficking and possession offenses, or the sealing or expunging of criminal records as well. 

Estates, Probate and Elder Law Practice

I provide a wide of range of estate planning, probate and elder law services in the Tampa and St. Petersburg area. I draft wills, trusts, advance directives and durable powers of attorney. I also assist clients with probate and trust administration, represent beneficiaries and fiduciaries in probate and trust litigation, and help clients obtain or contest guardianships as well. I also provide representation for people who have been named an executor, personal administrator or beneficiary of a Florida estate.
