Our attorney Arthur Olmstead began his practice in 1983 and has built his career on assisting families with their financial and legal decisions. His work in estate planning includes the creation of effective wills and trusts. He has significant experience handling contested wills and trusts in estate administration and probate, representing disenfranchised beneficiaries. His elder law practice focuses primarily on establishing guardianships and representing clients in contested guardianships. In all areas of practice, he strives for reasonable and expedited solutions for his clients.
Mr. Olmstead is an active member within his local bar associations. He currently participates in the Elder Law, Guardianship, Trust and Estate and Real Property sections of the Westchester County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Suffolk County and New York State Bar Associations.
