In estate planning, he assists clients in drafting effective wills or setting up trusts that protect their assets for future generations. He also helps clients prepare for advanced medical directives through guardianships. He also has significant experience in estate administration and probate, especially in contested estates. As an exclusive estate law attorney, he has more than 20 years experience in helping his clients resolve difficult issues in estate planning and elder law.
In addition to his career, he is also an active member in the wider legal community. He is a member of the Suffolk County and Westchester County Bar Associations, as well as the New York State Bar Association. His pro bono activities include current participation in the Rotary Club of Northport, New York, where he was the former president and director of club's Youth Exchange Committee. He served as the past president and director of the New York Chamber of Commerce in Northport. He also served as the director of the Pederson-Krag Center in Suffolk County from 1991-1993.
