My goal then and now is to provide strong, skillful advocacy to protect the rights of those I represent. I negotiate and litigate cases in the areas of criminal defense, Chapter 7 bankruptcy, debt collection practices and divorce and family law. My law firm handles cases such as liquidation bankruptcy, child custody and child support. Military divorces pose special issues that I am well equipped to handle as a result of my active duty military experience and leading the legal services division and legal assistants of the Army Reserves in New England.
