My name is Irwin Weiss and I've been a lawyer since 1978. My law firm, the law office of Irwin E. Weiss, Esq., Attorney at Law, is a Baltimore personal injury litigation firm that focuses on meeting the legal needs of injured people and affected family members. Because I limit my practice to only a few areas of the law, I can be aware of all of the latest cases, legal developments and technologies that benefit my clients, and this helps me to get the best possible results for each of them.

As a sole practitioner, I am able to provide my clients with focused, attentive and experienced legal help throughout the legal process. My status as a solo attorney also means that when you hire me, you actually work with me and get the full benefit of my skill and experience.

I represent clients throughout the Baltimore area, and also Prince George's, Howard, Harford, and other counties throughout Maryland in a practice that includes motor vehicle accidents (cars, motorcycles, trucks, bicyclists, pedestrians and public transportation included), medical malpractice claims, workplace accidents including workers' compensation cases and claims related to property owner negligence or defective products. Because I have also defended insurance companies in these same types of cases over the course of my career and have proven my ability to succeed in court, I believe I am better able to serve my clients and obtain timely yet fair settlement offers from opposing counsel.
