At Cummings and Cummings, we handle all types of criminal law offenses, but the majority of our cases are either alcohol-related or traffic offenses such as DWI (DUI ), underage possession of alcohol, driving after consuming alcohol while less than 21 and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
