Our law firm, Breeding & Dothard, LLC, is located in Knoxville, Tennessee. We have both studied International Law at Cambridge and Shelley previously worked at the CDC in Atlanta.

Shelley Breeding is a member of the Knox County foster care review board and the community mediation center board. David L. Dothard was the co-founder and Articles Editor of the Tennessee Journal of Law & Policy, a publication dedicated to the intersection of law and public policy. He is a member of the Knoxville and Tennessee Bar Associations.
