The law firm of Aspey, Watkins & Diesel, P.L.L.C. was founded in 1975 by three young attorneys. Frederick M. Aspey, Harold L. Watkins and Louis M. Diesel started with a novel idea; to build a practice featuring ease of accessibility, fair fees and hard work.
