Jeffrey's practice includes defective drug litigation, products liability, and complex commercial litigation, which includes partnership and shareholder disputes, construction and real estate law, intellectual property disputes, and entertainment litigation.

Jeffrey has experience in a wide range of legal areas, including disputes involving real estate and construction contracts, lien and bond claims, corporate mergers and acquisitions, securities arbitrations, and investor fraud class actions. He has extensive employment law experience, having represented individuals and companies of all sizes in non-compete agreement and trade secret disputes, and wrongful-termination suits involving Title VII, ADA, ADEA 1981 and the Florida Civil Rights Act.

Jeffrey is admitted to practice in the state courts of Florida and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude, in 1995.
