Partner Jason Thomas has enjoyed defending companies and individuals since the inception of his practice in 1994, and has tried over forty cases during his career. Partner Nancy Carnahan has over fifteen years of litigation experience handling defense cases and working with risk managers to defend claims against corporate entities.

In addition to representing insurance clients, the firm's lawyers also have experience representing and coordinating litigation throughout the country for corporate clients. The firm maintains extensive electronic files regarding previous discovery for these entities, including past deposition testimony and discovery responses to ensure consistent responses to discovery requests, and proper preparation for depositions in cases involving the same issues.
