The foundation of our firm is effective advocacy for our clients. One of the most important aspects of effective advocacy is responsiveness to clients, by both regularly apprising them of the status of their matters, and by promptly responding to their specific inquiries and questions. While our attorneys are regularly available to take client calls, when we are not, our firm utilizes a variety of means for clients to leave messages for their attorney which they can expect to be promptly responded to. E-mail technology can also be utilized by clients to send messages to firm staff – all firm E-mail accounts are checked several times daily. Our attorneys are of the firm belief that our clients are the firm's most valuable asset and are the sole reason for the firm’s existence, and thus strives to ensure that all clients are familiar with the status of their case at all relevant times, and that they can rest assured that when they have questions or inquiries, a prompt response is always at hand. Finally, clients can be assured that they will have ready access to their attorney for answers to their questions, and will not be forced to speak solely to a paralegal on issues that are important to the client.
