At my law firm, the Marta Presti, Attorney at Law in Reno, Nevada, I represent people and families throughout northwest Nevada who have divorce or family law issues. I have been practicing family law since 1976, and over that time, I have gained insight into the experiences many families have when it comes to the law.

I provide competent representation based on a realistic and astute understanding of your case and the family courts. I will always answer your questions honestly, make sure you understand your options and have clear expectations, and always do my best for you. I believe in treating people the way I would want to be treated in their situation, and I work hard to make myself available to my clients when they have questions.
